About St. Francis Xavier Catholic School
For more than a century, St. Francis Xavier Catholic School has provided families in Brunswick and the Golden Isles with an education rooted in faith, academic excellence, and personal growth. Established in 1900, St. Francis Xavier is the oldest private school in Brunswick and continues a proud tradition of preparing students to become confident learners, compassionate leaders, and responsible members of their communities.

Students receive a well-rounded Catholic education that combines strong academics with faith formation, service, technology, the arts, athletics, and extracurricular opportunities. The curriculum includes religion, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music, technology, Spanish, and physical education. Honors classes, Algebra I, enrichment opportunities, academic competitions, and individualized learning support provide students with opportunities to grow and succeed. With small class sizes and a close-knit school community, students are known, supported, and challenged as individuals.

A St. Francis Xavier education prepares students for far more than their next grade level. Students develop the ability to reason, write, solve problems, study effectively, communicate their ideas, and value education. They leave SFX with the academic foundation, discipline, confidence, character, and faith needed to succeed in high school, college, and wherever their future leads. St. Francis Xavier is accredited by Cognia and was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School for Excellence in Education.

The St. Francis Xavier Spirit Store gives students, families, alumni, and supporters a way to celebrate this tradition and show their Crusader pride. Every item represents the faith, excellence, history, and community of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Brunswick, Georgia.
